R.M. Lagace & Sons was included on a list of general contractors invited to bid on a residential construction project designed by my architectural firm. Very early on during the bidding process, it became clear that they had very carefully and thoroughly gone through all of the drawings as well as the existing house. The questions they raised were very thoughtful and provided a good indication of their extreme thoroughness. Their proposal to the owner was meticulous and complete.
